Does my EV charger come with a warranty?

A. Yes, all the chargers provided by ‘Home EV install’ come with a free one year service and manufacturers warranty. We want all of our customers to have piece of mind knowing they are with a company that takes great care and foresees great prospects for the future of our customers.

2. Q. Will I be able to track my electricity consumption using a app?

A. Yes, It is our installers duty to leave our customers with all relevant app access and guidance when installing smart chargers.

3.Q. What does the package include?

A. All of our installations include:

-A type A RCD as a means of safety and isolation of the charging units

-Cabling, wiring and containment for install

-CT Clamp to manage load of customers electrical installation

-Tested and verified installation

-Certification of works completed

4.Q. How much does it cost?

A. Generally speaking the costs are split into 3 categories…

Install package 1- Full install and wiring of your already purchased EV charger. Cost of package includes wiring upto a distance of 10 Meters from customers consumer unit (fuseboard) total cost of install approx £250(incl VAT) but may vary according to building structures in place and preference.

(Includes 3 metres of pvc cable containment within the property)

Install package 2- Full install and wiring of your already purchased EV charger. Cost of package includes wiring upto a distance of 10 Meters from customers consumer unit (fuseboard) total cost of install approx £399(incl VAT) but may vary according to building structures in place and preference.

(Includes 5 Meters of pvc cable containment within the property)

5.Q. How long after purchasing should I expect my install?

A. We aim to fulfill all of our installs within 2 weeks of initial purchase of package.
